I was a highest level local guide. For years I unsuccessfully attempted to learn why I was removed? Google Maps requests reviews I have never been to or even been near. I was deleting all my photos and reviews and then blocked from even doing that. Google Maps seems to have difficulty in simple verifications. On a large number of occasions I have offered up to date information and photographs and then told Google was unable to verify. Basic, simple information. An example was Sonora Quest having shut down the East Earl location in Scottsdale, AZ. Sonora is simple to contact. I sent photographs of numerous things showing they had vacated. Other reviewers spoke of this. For years Google continued to list the East Earl location. I went to city of Phoenix Parks. At a park desk I was told I was wrong on the number of pickle ball courts and number of tennis courts. There were two tennis courts and around a dozen pickle ball courts An clear signage. Google would not post my review. It could have assisted the park who could have made a simple response. There were a large number of corrections on what city parks actually had. At Williams in Mesa Az Google never, would correct the name of the park or what it had. I was highly impressed with the youth's behavior and demeanor in both the Skate Park and the regular park. I mentioned my appreciation to a person. His impression was based on an earlier time when his bike had been stolen. Google reviews are much more than creating revenue. They also can help with various cities missions. I visited hundreds of parks. One of the Phoenix a number of times. I observed that the homeless were the only visitors who I ever saw picking up trash.

I've noticed that Google Maps can't comprehend that in the Midwest we have county roads in multiple states (and state highways in Missouri) that only have letter designations, i.e. County Road E, or State Highway W. Google will say those as "county road east" and "state highway west". It also mispronounces a fair amount of place names. However, when I've driven on the east and west coasts, pronunciation is often flawless. Google should open an office in Omaha, stat, to learn how to pronounce the place names of middle America.

Visiting Google Headquarters in California was a wonderful experience! The campus is beautifully designed, clean, and full of creative energy. The atmosphere reflects innovation and teamwork, with friendly staff and an inspiring environment. It’s fascinating to see how technology and creativity come together here—definitely worth a visit if you get the chance!

Leaving this here as a general review of Google's customer service... I have opened 3 different tickets in the last 3 weeks, attempting to get help resolving a matter affecting my business involving a review bomb and subsequent suspension of reviews for my business. The first response I received was not adequate, and I have replied to that email for additional assistance. That email was never answered. I opened up another ticket, and the response was that "you have already contacted us and this issue has been resolved" when in fact it had not. I contacted someone via a chat feature and was told "the review team" will get back with me via email. They never did. I opened up a third ticket after this fact, detailing everything that had happened and the fact that I still needed assistance. I just received a THIRD automated response stating the matter has been resolved in a previous ticket.... It has, in fact, not been resolved! This has been a completely ridiculous process, and wholly inadequate.
