I've noticed Google Ratings has started incorporating AI-powered photo analysis. Previously, after uploading a photo, I had to write a caption. Now, Google directly "tells a story from the picture," displaying related text descriptions (such as dish names, restaurant atmosphere, type of food, etc.), and the accuracy is quite high. While I'm experiencing the convenience of AI assisting my life, this sudden redesign was still a bit of a shock. How did it change so quietly? Shouldn't they have asked users first how much AI they want permeating their lives? Convenience is certainly great, but I don't want to unknowingly become accustomed to and dependent on AI, thereby losing my original ability to express my thoughts through writing.

Terrible customer service. I've been a Google One customer for some time. I've recently been having trouble with Google Photos not recognizing any new faces in new photos. I've contacted support over a two week period. They keep asking for the SAME information... which I've provided multiple times. I would NOT recommend their services and will be looking to move away from google for AI, Photo storage and email.

Horrible customer service. I had to replace my right earbud for the Pixel pro 2. I spent 74.41 on March 4th for a new earbud and that earbud died in June. I went through the RMA process and they sent me a replacement. It was supposed to be a right ear bud. A left earbud was sent instead. I understand mistakes happen but after contacting the support team with something I thought would be an easy fix has been a nightmare. Extremely displeased with the google team response " We cannot process replacement for a single bud " So now I have a brand new left earbud still in the original package that I do not need. Customer service is the backbone of every company and Googles is failing them.

As a small business owner, I am deeply frustrated with Google's complete lack of accountability when it comes to fake reviews. I have been attempting to have a fraudulent review removed from my business profile for months, and despite multiple reports and requests, absolutely nothing has been done. What most people do not realize is that anyone, including someone who has never set foot in your business or had any contact with you whatsoever, can leave a one-star review and damage your reputation overnight. There is no verification process, no accountability, and apparently no urgency on Google's part to investigate or act. Google is one of the most trusted platforms in the world, and with that trust comes a responsibility to protect the businesses that rely on it. A fake review is not a minor inconvenience; it is an attack on someone's livelihood, and it should be treated as such. This needs to be regulated, and it needs to stop. Until Google takes meaningful action to verify reviews and respond to removal requests in a timely manner, small businesses will continue to be vulnerable to this kind of abuse with no recourse.
